Rates for 2010
Everyone needs a personal trainer at one time or another. A Personal Trainer can help you set and achieve your goals, help you stay on track, motivate you, educate you about proper form, type and amount of exercise, help you overcome obstacles, give you a new and exciting program that works.
We will assess your current physique, discuss your goals and provide you a personalized plan to get results. We train a variety of clients, including a variety of athletes, from bodybuilders to stay-at-home moms hoping to lose the baby-weight. After your initial assessment, you will receive a targeted program including a nutritional and exercise program. Also, we are available to you via phone, email or text messaging – the support provided will ensure you stay on track.
Below is a sample of our 2010 rates, other plans are available, contact us for details:
- Training session.
- 1 to 10 sessions 50$/session
- 11 to 20 sessions 45$/session
- 21 sessions or more 40$/session
- Partner training (2+ persons (max 4) 35$ each/session
Custom Workout Program 90$.
- Custom Nutritional Programs: 120$
- Bodyfat testing 25$
- Contest prep (16 weeks, including diet & posing) 1500$

Clients understand that 24 hour notice is required to cancel a session in order to reschedule the session. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the session will be fully charged. (Note: We understand that emergencies happen. We provide every client with one free short-notice cancellation. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.). |
